These Terms of Service govern your use of NetVault Gaming's casino software platform. Read carefully before accessing our systems.
1. Software License Grant
NetVault Gaming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our gambling software platform. Your license type (white-label, turnkey, or API integration) determines specific usage rights detailed in your Master Service Agreement.
You do NOT own the software. You're licensing access. Big difference when compliance audits hit.
2. Operator Responsibilities
You must:
- Maintain valid gambling licenses in all operating jurisdictions
- Complete KYC/AML verification for all players per regulatory requirements
- Process player withdrawals within stated timeframes (typically 24-72 hours)
- Keep your API credentials secure (breaches = immediate suspension)
- Report technical issues within 4 hours of discovery
Your compliance team screws up? That's on you, not us. We provide tools - you execute policy.
3. Prohibited Activities
Zero tolerance for:
- Operating without proper licenses
- Reverse engineering our codebase
- Sharing API access across multiple entities
- Processing payments from OFAC-sanctioned countries
- Manipulating RTP settings outside contracted ranges
Violation = instant termination. No refunds. Your player funds get processed, then we're done.
4. Service Level Commitments
We guarantee 99.7% platform uptime (excludes scheduled maintenance). Downtime beyond this threshold triggers service credits per your SLA.
Critical systems (payment processing, player authentication) get priority restoration. Game library issues? Lower priority. Your players can't deposit = we fix NOW. Bonus wheel glitches = next business day.
5. Payment Terms
Monthly licensing fees bill on the 1st. Late payment (15+ days) = platform access suspension. We don't chase invoices - automated systems handle shutoffs.
Revenue share agreements calculate on Net Gaming Revenue (GGR minus bonuses/promotions). You'll get detailed reporting access. Disputes must be filed within 30 days of statement date.
6. Data Ownership
Player data belongs to YOU (you're the data controller). We process it per your instructions (we're the processor). GDPR, CCPA compliance is your legal burden.
We keep aggregated analytics for platform improvements. No personally identifiable information gets used without written consent.
7. Termination Rights
Either party can terminate with 60 days written notice. We can terminate immediately if:
- You lose gambling licenses
- Payment defaults exceed 30 days
- Regulatory action threatens our license
Post-termination: You get 30 days to migrate player data. After that, we purge per retention policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability caps at 12 months of fees paid. We're not liable for lost profits, player disputes, or regulatory fines stemming from YOUR policy decisions.
Indemnification works both ways - you cover legal costs if your operation creates liability for us.
9. Updates to Terms
We'll notify you 30 days before major changes. Continued platform use = acceptance. Don't like new terms? Trigger termination clause before effective date.
